Buying on InOnIt.in - how does it work?
InOnIt.in lets you buy directly from independent and upcoming designers all across India. You can pick from different designers and all products will be shipped to you from the Shop InOnIt Office.
Can I buy safely on InOnIt?
You can buy unique, apparel, accessories, fashion jewelry, home decor and more on InOnIt with the comfort that our team has vetted the designers for quality standards and customer service. In addition, as all products are dispatched from the InOnIt Office, we check each product before it is delivered to you. InOnIt handles the payment and acts as an intermediary between yourself and the designer so you can rest assured that we will always be around to help if something goes wrong.
What is the cancellation and refund policy at InOnIt.in?
InOnIt.in has a standard refund policy. Items will only be eligible for return if they are damaged or defective. In this case the seller will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Apparel can be exchanged for size, and incase of any other concerns, items can be returned for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery. Any returned apparel items must be unworn. We will not be able to accept return of used or worn items.
What is the delivery policy at InOnIt.in?
To provide you with consistent quality in delivery we have partnered with Aramex who will be responsible for picking up the products within 5 business days and bringing it to us so we can ensure quality control. We will check for damages and defects and then deliver your items to you. Overall we estimate that you will receive your package within 7-10 business days, except in case of customized products where you will be notified of extended shipping time in advance.
How do I search for a piece on InOnIt?
There are a number of ways you can search for a piece until you find exactly what you're looking for. You can embark on a fun journey by browsing through the categories at the top of the web-page and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section.
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type the name into our search box (top right of the Website) and we will find you everything related to your specific search.
Once you have found what you want, click 'Buy Now', and when you're done shopping, follow the onscreen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details.

How can I pay?
InOnIt is using the EBS payment Gateway that will enable you to pay by credit/debit card, namely Visa or Mastercard. You will also have the option to pay by netbanking from over 40 banks. In addition for most products you will also be able to avail of the cash on delivery option.
